We pride ourselves on our unparalleled customer care and support and nothing is more important to us than the safety of our customers and employees.

We know the importance of your purchase, and therefore meeting with you individually is an integral part of the service we provide.  Via face-to-face showroom meetings, our consultants can provide education, support, and advice on your jewellery purchase, one-to-one.  We realise that some people are not comfortable with in person meetings at present so we are offering free, no obligation virtual consultations so that we can provide that same level of service to you in the comfort of your own home.

To ensure that our sales office is fully compliant with the latest guidance on Covid safety, we follow a carefully designed policy, which is constantly reviewed and updated as new information comes to light.  Our premises are light and airy and well ventilated, we always maintain social distancing of 2 metres, we offer hand sanitiser to every visitor and we have a screen in place to enable safe discussions over the table.  We record the name and contact details of all visitors and we ask them in advance whether they have any recognised Covid symptoms.

We also advise customers to contact us immediately if they develop any Covid symptoms within 14 days of their visit so we can pass that vital information to the relevant authorities.  Our sales office is thoroughly disinfected on a regular basis and we only permit a maximum of two visitors at any one time.  The jewellery presented by our consultants will also be cleaned in an ultrasonic machine.  Please note we are currently unable to accept cash payments.
